stone floors, vinyl, Mexican tile, marble, granite, terrazzo, limestone, slate, and wood floors. The maintenance of our marble and natural stone is done naturally so it retains a good coefficient rate (not slippery). |
Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
We utilize various systems to maintain carpets. Using the Host System, we ensure that guestrooms are always dry and ready to use 5 minutes
after our crew leaves. We also use our mobile shampoo machine for
public areas. Our machines utilize two motors instead of one. The reason
for this, is to ensure that your public areas are dry and ready to be
walked on as early as 4:00 am.

Contract Cleaning
The cleaning of all public areas are done at night when all guests are sleeping. You may have heard of this type of maintenance often referred to as "night cleaning". As contract cleaners, our job is to sanitize and restore
the cleanliness of all public areas like hallways, corridors, parking
lots, restrooms, pool decks and other areas during the night between the
hours of 11:00 pm and 6:00 am.
